eNSO, a service dedicated to Electronic Purchase Orders: receiving, sending, storage, in a single service always available.
Based on the provisions of the 2018 Budget Law "In order to encourage efficiency and transparency of the public administration procurement system, the issue, the transmission, storage and archiving of documents certifying the order and the purchases of goods and services must be carried out in electronic form."
The Order Sorting Node (NSO) is the only channel for sending purchase orders for goods (from 1 February 2020) and services (from 1 January 2021) for all entities of the National Health Service. The eNSO service allows you to manage the sending and receiving of electronic purchase orders, and their subsequent archiving in accordance with the law.
The features of the service are:
sending and receiving purchase orders through the Order Sorting Node (NSO);
verification, control and management of responses from the NSO;
the complete management of electronic purchase orders and their monitoring;
manual loading of documents from XML files generated by other procedures;
automatic loading of documents thanks to API interfaces structured with other procedures;
the digital storage of purchase orders;
creation of the Submission Information Packages (SIP) with attributes;
release of the digitally signed Deposit Receipt;
archiving and indexing of orders based on the defined attributes;
execution of the storage process which provides the creation of the Archival Information Packages (AIP) the index generation according to the UNI 11386:2020 SiNCRO standard, the affixing of digital signature and timestamp, the saving of the Archival Information Packages on a support with characteristics of high reliability and permanence of the data and finally the extension of the signature validity until the term of documents preservation.
Thanks to a web interface of Entaksi Console, the user can also request
the selection, the construction and download of the Dissemination Information Packages (DIP)
containing the documents of interest in a self-service way.
The selection of documents takes place thanks to agreed metadata, which allow you to search
for data in the Archival Information Packages .
The application functions are provided in Saas mode and are available 24/7, with SLAs established by contract.
The eNSO service is provided upon payment of an annual fee, which can be divided according to the amount, also including the intermediation costs with the Order Sorting Node and the timestamps used during the preservation process.
The fee is determined by the quantity of documents managed in a year, in brackets.
