Advanced Electronic Signature

Entaksi Solutions SpA has developed an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) service, a digital authentication method used to guarantee the integrity and certainty of a digital document.

According to art. 26 of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 eIDAS an advanced electronic signature shall meet the following requirements:

  • it is uniquely linked to the signatory;

  • it is capable of identifying the signatory;

  • it is created using electronic signature creation data that the signatory can, with a high level of confidence, use under his sole control; and

  • it is linked to the data signed therewith in such a way that any subsequent change in the data is detectable.

The solution proposed by Entaksi is based on the preventive acquisition of the signer’s data and on an OTP token system to be used on channels of exclusive use of the signer. The AES created by Entaksi has the same probative value as the handwritten signature.

The document shown contains the Acceptance Policy of the Advanced Electronic Signature offered by Entaksi via the eSIGN service, and contains the usage conditions, the information aimed to demonstrate the compliance of the service to the regulation, the characteristics of the system created and the technologies used, the channels that can be used to make requests to Entaksi, as required by art. 57 of the italian "Decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri del 22 febbraio 2013".
