Entaksi analyzed the results of the satisfaction questionnaire for the year 2022 sent to its customers last November.
The questionnaire contained a section where customers could enter advice, suggestions, comments about the Entaksi services and someone formulated questions or expressed doubts regarding the use of the Console and some features in use.
Since it is not possible to answer everyone directly, we share some explanations to your comments below.

Q: Isn’t it possible to perform a multiple and simultaneous selection in search lists?
A: No it is not. At the moment it is not possible to perform a multiple and simultaneous selection in search lists. However, we point out that the system already allows you to perform a multiple but not simultaneous selection of values by typing or scrolling through lists.

Q: Would it be possible to simplify the search for LULs?
A: The report has been taken care of: a new interface will be implemented in order to simplify the user’s search for LULs.

Q: Can you speed up the processing of the Dissemination Information Packages?
A: The processing times of the Dissemination Information Packages (PDD) are linked to the number of documents they contain.
Processing time is usually in the order of a few minutes. Higher times are possible if the package contains a considerable number of documents (in the order of thousands).

Q: In the event that a Dissemination Information Packages is made up of several files, is it possible to download all at the same time?
A: No it is not. At the moment it is not possible to download multiple .zip files of a Dissemination Information Packages (PDD) at the same time.

Q: Is it possible to change company without leaving the current job page?
A: At the moment, to change company, it is necessary to move to the appropriate section losing the current job page.
A new interface will soon be implemented which will make company switching easier.

Q: Is it possible to memorize the used bank coordinates when completing an electronic invoice?
A: No it is not. At the moment it is not possible to memorize other information than that concerning the transferor and\or the customer in the electronic invoice compilation service.
