With the update to version 1.20.0 of the eDOC API and version 1.8.0 of the eDOC console an even more precise management of roles within the eCON services has been introduced.

From today it is possible to select for each user a specific role within the service to allow an even more detailed administration of user roles and privileges on system functions and segregation of archive visibility on metadata values.
The update will allow the service administrator user to be able to regulate access to the various system functionality for users of managed companies.
Furthermore, for users who use multiple Entaksi services, it will no longer be necessary to configure an organizational unit for each activated service. To segregate the visibility of documents in the system it will be possible to define several visibility profiles for users set to archive. In any case, the achievement of segregation of information will still be available through the use of organizational units.
