eCON Services Console Updates

English translation and improved usability.
New update for the Console hosting eCON services: English translation is now available!
The English version of the contents can be accessed by selecting "English" from the drop-down menu at the top right of the login screen or from the footer while browsing the Console. The preference is stored on the user also for subsequent sessions.
The usability of the tables has also been improved: viewable up to 100 rows per page, smoother scrolling through results.
