Questions and answers

Some topics that emerged from the satisfaction questionnaire.

Based on the results of the satisfaction questionnaire administered for the year 2019 some doubts about using Console and Invoice Editor have emerged, for which we share here below the respective explanations in the form of FAQs.

I have to issue an invoice to a recurring customer, how can I save his data?
The application does not provide for the management of master data, except that of the transferor/provider (see next FAQ). However, thanks to the blue "Duplicate invoice" button present on each row of the list of invoices saved on the invoice editor https://entaksi.eu/fatturapa it is possible to duplicate an invoice already present in the system. The duplicate invoice can then be used as a "base" for creating a new one, modifying only the fields involved.

When I complete an invoice, do I have to enter my issuer (transferor / lender) data each time?
No you do not: by clicking on the username (top right of the invoice editor page https://entaksi.eu/fatturapa) it is possible to access a menu that contains the item "Company settings", in which it is possible to valorise all the personal data of the company, recurring in the compilation of invoices.

How do I enter the protocol (date and registration number) on a received invoice that has not yet been sent under conservation?
To enter the date and registration number of an invoice not yet on file, you can act in one of the following ways:
- the data can be entered in the "Accounting entry" box, which appears in the detail display of the document, or;
- you can use the "Registration date" and "Registration number" fields in the respective columns of the page summary of invoices received.
The date and registration number thus entered will be recorded in special metadata of the invoice received, allowing a subsequent search with these criteria.

I can’t enter the date and protocol number on a received invoice, because the box "Accounting registration" does not allow data to be entered and the "Invoice registered" flag is partially obscured.
This situation arises when the invoice has already been preserved so it is not more possible to "annotate" it using the metadata dedicated to the purpose.
See the following FAQ in this regard.

It is possible to enter the protocol (date and registration number) for a received invoice, even if it has already been preserved?
Yes it is using the "Registration date (cons)" and "Registration number (cons)" fields, in the respective columns of the summary of received invoices. In this case it will be created and attached to the invoice already stored a specific document with the same metadata, so that searching in a second moment these metadata data is possible to obtain the set of the original document and the document protocol attribution.

How can I search by VAT number among the invoices sent and received?
Using the filters in the "Sender" and "Recipient" columns present in the summary views for, received and transmitted invoices, respectively.
In fact, it is possible to specify both the name / company name and the VAT number in the filters (even if this indication does not appear clearly in the header of the relative column).

How long does it take to get a Distribution Package?
The production time of a Distribution Package (PDD) ready for download is a few minutes.

Also:
- A search function is expected to be released soon for the DIP request in the LUL area and DIP request with simplified interface to facilitate recurring checkouts (such as those concerning documents typically requested by Auditors and Inspectors).
- As regards accessibility to the service interface, an integration is planned of the user manual directly on the Console, with special "question mark" keys, which will facilitate consultation and use with timely explanation of the relative functions.
- The system of downloading invoices and summaries has been updated in the version 1.4.1 of the Console as described in this news.
