With a view to the constant and continuous evolution of the services provided, Entaksi continuously updates its offerings.
These updates, in addition to including any corrections resulting from customer-reported issues, primarily consist of service enhancements introducing new features.
One of Entaksi’s primary objectives is transparency with the customer.
For this reason, for every new service release, Release Notes are prepared, detailing the enhancements and fixes included in the release, organized by service.
In addition, User Manuals are updated accordingly, ensuring they are always aligned with the latest version.
Each section specifies the scope of application of the documents.
