  • Entry of personal details: Management of information for preservation managers and company contacts.

  • Automatic creation of the Preservation Manual: Generation of the manual in accordance with AgID Guidelines, including automatic updates based on regulatory and service changes.

  • Sending to the Preservation System: Transmission of the manual through the automatic formation of Submission Packages (PDV).

  • Consultation of preserved manuals: Access to previously submitted manuals via an intuitive application interface.

Once digitally signed by the preservation manager, the manual is stored using the eCON service from Entaksi, ensuring its legal validity over time.

According to AgID’s “Guidelines on the creation, management and preservation of electronic documents,” in Public Administrations, this role must be performed by an internal executive or official with legal, IT, and archival expertise.
For private entities, the Preservation Manager can be an external party, as long as they are independent from the Preserver and possess the necessary skills.
